Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleased to find the spacious and light rooms, although it could have been a little bigger. The staff were really friendly and interested in engaging with conversation, though some waiting was needed as they were multitasking. The location was great for what I wanted, but not central in Stratford, requiring a taxi for quick access to the town center. The dining experience was good but would have appreciated having all toast at the same time. Facilities were comprehensive, offering various services.
